Firms

We are interested in hearing from West Midlands based FSA regulated firms considering a sale, part-sale, over-capacity transfer, semi-retirement arrangement, etc. We are interested in taking over servicing of client bases, advisory teams and whole practices. We are expanding and always interested in strategic acquisitions that make sense and where we believe we can add value.    


Advisers - (Regulated Financial Advisory Roles)

You maybe an IFA, Multi-tied, Tied or working for a Bank or Accountancy firm, you maybe wishing to work within a larger IFA practice where risks and operating costs are shared as well as bright ideas and marketing initiatives.

You will need to be a pro-active and self-motivated team player with at least 3 years relevant financial advisory experience and a suitable client base of your own from which you can generate work and obtain referrals. Having professional connections is also highly desirable.

Full FPC and Competent Adviser Status are essential, as is a successful track record and a good attitude to compliance and ongoing professional development.

You must have good inter-personal skills and be able to effectively demonstrate the technical knowledge and presentational skills you use to assist individual or corporate clients in achieving their financial goals.

The majority of our Advisers work from our Head Office, where they benefit from administrative, IT and managerial support; they may also combine that with the flexibility of working from home on occasion.

Support Staff

We are also interested in hearing from experienced Professional Services Support Staff keen to further their careers. A background in Finance, Law or Accountancy is desirable.
